At Chompshop, we want you to love your fit; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Print & Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
